Questions & Answers
How big is it?
Each bowl is 7 inches wide and 2.6 inches tall (18 × 6.5 cm). The tray is 16.5 × 8.7 inches and 1 inch thick (42 × 22 × 2.5 cm). It fits in the space of a placemat.
Is it right for my pet?
It suits cats and small to medium dogs. A large dog may want a deeper bowl.
Is this a pre-order?
Yes. It’s a new limited launch. You order today and your set ships mid-November.
When will it ship?
Mid-November, no later than November 20, 2026. You’ll get tracking the day it leaves. If anything changes, we’ll email you first.
What’s in the box?
Two marble bowls and one marble tray. One bowl for food, one for water.
Will mine look like the photos?
Close, but not the same. Every set has its own pattern of gold lines. That’s real stone.
How do I clean it?
Wash by hand with warm water and mild soap, then dry it. No dishwasher. Keep vinegar, lemon and strong cleaners off the stone — they can dull it.
