Who qualifies?
Interior designers, architects, residential builders, home stagers, and hospitality and pet-friendly hotel buyers. If you specify for other people's homes, this is for you.
What does it cost?
Nothing. Membership is free and there is no annual minimum.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. Trade pricing is built for project and multi-unit orders, so there is a $2,500 minimum on trade orders. Below that, you are welcome to order at retail.
How do I pay?
In full at the time of order. Trade orders are built to order and enter production once payment clears.
What is the trade discount?
15% from $2,500, 22% from $7,500, and 30% from $20,000. On approval we issue you a trade code to use at checkout. VogueNest is excluded from the 30% tier and holds at 22%.
Can I get finish samples?
Yes. Trade members get finish samples at a discounted rate so you can hold walnut against your palette before you specify it.
What are lead times?
It depends on the piece and the finish. Tell your contact what you are specifying and we will give you a date you can put in a schedule.
Where do you ship?
Anywhere you need it — job site, receiver, warehouse, or straight to the client. Orders ship in bulk to the address you give us and are quoted DDP, so the number on the quote is the number you pay.
