Return Window
We offer a 14-day return window for all Furr & Co products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility Requirements
To ensure the integrity of our products and maintain our quality standards, returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached
- Products must be returned in original packaging
- Assembly hardware and components must be complete and unopened
- No signs of pet use, wear, or damage
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
Important Note on Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of custom-ordered items (including custom colors, dimensions, or engravings), these pieces are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective. We recommend carefully reviewing all customization details before placing your order.
How to Initiate a Return
Starting your return is straightforward. Simply follow these steps:
- Contact our concierge team at sales@furrandco.com within 14 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive your prepaid return shipping label via email
- Package your item securely in its original packaging
- Ship your return using the provided label
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
Quality is at the heart of everything we do. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right immediately.
What We Cover
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Items damaged during shipping
- Missing components or hardware
- Products that don't match your order
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage or defect. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Exchanges
While we don't offer direct exchanges, you're welcome to return your item for a refund and place a new order for the product you'd prefer. This ensures you receive exactly what you want without delay.

Shipping Costs
We provide prepaid return shipping labels for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. For standard returns based on preference, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of our error or defective products.
