Furr & Co. Gift Card

Each item in our collection is carefully curated to meet the highest standards of quality and design. We partner exclusively with artisanal craftsmen and premium manufacturers who share our commitment to excellence. Our products undergo rigorous testing to ensure they're not only luxurious but also durable and safe for your beloved pets. Plus, every purchase includes our signature gift packaging, perfect for treating your pet or gifting to fellow pet lovers.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Furr & Co. purchase. If you're not delighted with your item, you can return it in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund. For hygiene reasons, items that have been used or show signs of wear cannot be returned. We'll process your refund within 2 business days of receiving the return, and you'll receive email confirmation once it's complete.

All our product listings include detailed size guides and recommendations based on your pet's breed, weight, and measurements. If you're unsure, our Pet Concierge team is available 24/7 via chat or email to help you find the perfect fit. We'd rather help you make the right choice before purchase than have you go through the hassle of a return!

With warehouses in both the US and overseas, we maintain an extensive inventory to serve our global clientele. Delivery times typically range from 3-21 business days, depending on the product's location and your shipping destination. Each product page displays the estimated delivery window specific to that item, and we work diligently to expedite every order.
