Every Furr & Co. order is handled with the same care that goes into crafting it. Here is exactly what to expect — from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.
Order processing.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
Furr & Co. carries a curated selection of products. Some items ship directly from our U.S. fulfillment centers, while others may require additional handling time to ensure every piece meets our quality standards before it leaves for your home. Processing time may vary slightly depending on the product.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. For specialty or partner-sourced items, please allow for the additional processing window noted on the product page before the delivery estimate begins.
International shipping.
We ship to over 100 countries worldwide. International rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and local taxes upon arrival. These charges are set by your country's customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Furr & Co. has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
Tracking your order.
You will receive a tracking number via email the moment your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to activate after your shipping confirmation is sent.
If something goes wrong.
While we take exceptional care packaging every order, transit damage can occasionally occur. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@furrandco.com with the following:
