International Shipping
We ship to over 100 countries. Additional customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. Furr & Co. has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
Damages and Issues
If your order arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours of delivery using our return form, with photographs of the packaging and the piece. Where a replacement part restores the piece, we send it free of charge and cover the shipping. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds policy.
