Furr & Co. Return Policy

At Furr & Co., we’re committed to quality and want every pet and owner to love our products. If you're not completely satisfied, our return process is straightforward. Here’s how it works:

1. Return Period:
   You have 30 days from the delivery date to return items in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

2. Easy Returns:
   To start a return, email your order number to sales@furrandco.com. We offer free returns for exchanges or store credit. For refunds, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

3. Non-Returnable Items:
   Due to health and customization standards, we cannot accept returns on used pet beds, scratchers, 3D-printed items, or personalized products, unless they are damaged or defective.

4. Damaged or Defective Items:
   If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it, including photos of the damage for verification. We’ll arrange a free return and provide a full refund or replacement.

5. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
   EU customers may cancel or return orders within 14 days, provided items are in their original, unused condition with tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase.
