Furr & Co. Return Policy

At Furr & Co., every piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. We want you and your pet to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a straightforward return process while protecting the integrity of our products.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all tags, packaging, and accessories.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email sales@furrandco.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll reply with return instructions.

Return Options & Fees

  • Exchanges or store credit: complimentary return shipping.
  • Refunds: return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Restocking fee (refunds only): a 20% restocking fee applies to non-damaged items returned for a refund to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.

Inspection & Return Condition

All returns are inspected upon arrival. Returns may be declined if the item shows any signs of wear or use, including pet hair, odor, stains, damage, or use marks. Declined returns will be shipped back to the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used pet beds or scratchers
  • 3D-printed, made-to-order, or custom-designed products
  • Personalized items unless they arrive damaged or defective
